Position Summary: Support tracking and verification of accounts payable processes, managing invoices, reconciliations, and fixed payments to comply with corporate guidelines. Key Responsibilities: 1. Manage tracking and verification of accounts payable. 2. Assist in organizing and archiving financial documentation. 3. Reconcile bank statements and manage fixed payments for companies. **Job Description** **JOB FUNCTIONS** Track and verify accounts payable processes to comply with corporate guidelines for payment of such accounts, as well as assist in organizing and archiving. * Receive, validate, and verify invoices for preparing supplier receipts and sending them via email. * Electronically archive received invoices and upload them to the Intelisis system according to established guidelines. * Prepare a weekly Excel report of documents received for payment scheduling, and print this report along with its contents. * Upload XML files to the Intelisis system for payment release. * Assist in archiving disbursements. * Reconcile supplier bank statements versus the Intelisis system and resolve discrepancies. * Manage payment of companies’ fixed expenses (rent, utilities, insurance policies, etc.).
