Monitoring and frequent visits to services with technological support We are looking for an operational supervisor with essential experience in PRIVATE SECURITY for a position located in Caborca, Sonora and its surrounding areas. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience as a private security supervisor. • Complete documentation. • Experience managing a minimum of 10 personnel. • Valid driver’s license and standard automobile driving skills. • Incomplete or completed high school education (preparatoria). Responsibilities include: • Fostering retention among security guards by conducting supervision routes focused on providing support and attention to guards. • Controlling and administering guard attendance, including days off, shifts, etc. • Resolving any situation or request raised by guards with the highest sense of urgency. • Monitoring and conducting frequent visits to service locations, leveraging new technological tools for supervision. • Attending to and managing customer requirements, reporting them promptly and accurately to the coordinator to address service needs. • Optimizing resources and maintaining excellent control over equipment and materials assigned by the company. • Strictly adhering to personnel safety and hygiene measures to ensure the well-being of the client receiving the service.
