Position Summary: We are seeking an optical workshop leader to supervise, coordinate, and train staff in optical beveling activities, ensuring quality and team development. Key Highlights: 1. Operate, configure, and calibrate specialized machinery after training. Identify and correct technical errors during the manufacturing process. Participate in initial and ongoing technical training programs. Lead and provide technical mentoring to workshop support staff. Requirements and Skills: Proven 2–3 years of experience supervising or managing technical workshops (optical or similar). Prior experience managing personnel in a production or manufacturing environment. Strong technical learning ability and willingness to undergo training on optical beveling machinery.
