**Responsibilities:**
* Recruitment, selection, and hiring of personnel.
* Employee onboarding and training.
* Administration of attendance records, payroll, and personnel files.
* Performance monitoring and personnel development.
* Compensation and benefits management.
* Labor relations and organizational climate support.
* Compliance with HR policies and labor legislation.
* Development and tracking of HR metrics.
* Implementation of area process improvements.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field.
* Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
* Knowledge of recruitment, training, labor relations, and personnel administration.
* Proficiency in HR metrics and labor legislation.
* Leadership, effective communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Service-oriented attitude, organizational skills, and teamwork.
* Working hours: Monday to Friday
Location: Centenario Neighborhood
Salary: $15,000\.00 \- $25,000\.00 per month
