We offer a dynamic work environment and professional growth opportunities. **Objective:** Ensure computing equipment operates efficiently—both software and hardware—through optimal monitoring to extend its lifespan and safeguard organizational cybersecurity while ensuring regulatory compliance. **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field in computer systems. * English proficiency: 80% \- 90% * Basic or advanced knowledge of programming, networking, SQL, HTML * Proactive * Microsoft Office suite **Job Responsibilities:** * **Account and access management**: Create and administer email accounts, passwords, and user accounts within the organization. * **Equipment maintenance**: Conduct periodic equipment inspections and maintain an inventory control system for hardware. * **Information security**: Update cybersecurity policies, manage vulnerabilities, and issue security alerts. * **Technical support and assistance**: Provide technical help to staff to resolve computer-related issues. * **Development and administration of tools**: Develop and manage IT tools required by the organization. * **Monitoring suspicious activities**: Monitor and analyze unusual activities within systems. * **Computing equipment management**: Prepare responsibility documents and perform equipment configurations, such as resetting devices and installing software. * **Other duties** related to the position.
