Personnel management and manufacturing experience Manufacturing Company of Plastics in Zapopan REQUIREMENTS * Age: Over 25 years old * Education: High school diploma, incomplete bachelor's degree, currently pursuing or completed bachelor's degree * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Experience with ERP or WMS systems * Personnel management experience (more than 1 year) * Specific knowledge: Manufacturing processes, supply chain, shop floor control * Skills: Planning, communication, leadership, initiative, teamwork, analytical ability, follow-up, persuasion, decision-making * Availability: Full-time JOB DESCRIPTION I.
