




Job Summary: Supervise and coordinate a sales team, settle daily sales, ensure staff training and development, and monitor their fieldwork. Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales team coordination and supervision 2. Team development and motivation 3. Support and assistance in closing sales -Achieve the highest possible sales volume and quality by supervising and coordinating the assigned group of sales representatives, setting targets, and meeting the monthly budget. -Settle daily sales reported via telephone to the Revenue Department by recording them in the Daily Sales Settlement Form, so they can be collected through the Services Module of the Billing and Control System. -Train, develop, and retain the entire work team by motivating, supporting, and guiding them in closing their sales, thereby achieving successful closures and improved productivity. -Transport the group of promoters to their assigned work area and remain present during their working hours, monitoring the area to ensure their safety and provide support.
