Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive Detail Sales Supervisor to define strategies, analyze coverage, execute at points of sale, and train the sales force. Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategic definition with customers and coverage analysis. 2. Execution at points of sale and promotion follow-up. 3. Sales force training and interpersonal skills development. Leche Lucerna is the most important dairy company in the State of Chihuahua and one of the most prominent in northern Mexico. Our company provides welfare to the population of Ciudad Juárez, maintaining coverage in 100% of self-service stores and in 99% of the maquiladora industrial sector, supplying over 6,000 points of sale daily. Requirements: * Experience as a sales supervisor in the traditional channel (detail). * Valid driver’s license and ability to drive standard transmission vehicles. * Excellent service attitude toward both internal and external customers. * Interpersonal skills.
