Position Summary: A Collections Supervisor is required to manage personnel, supervise logistics, control income, set goals, follow up on accounts receivable, and resolve customer conflicts. Resolution of customer conflicts **Funeral services company seeks an experienced Collections Supervisor** **Requirements and Competencies:** * Bachelor’s degree in Administration or related field, or General Engineering. * Age: 27–45 years * Motorcycle license; ability to drive standard transmission vehicles * Experience in collections and similar positions * Knowledge of sales and negotiation \* * **Responsibilities:** * Management of subordinate personnel (collectors) * Oversight and logistics coordination of subordinate personnel * Cash income control for assigned territory * Ability to develop KPIs for collections * Supervision and follow-up on accounts receivable, customers, members, employees, and others * Establishment of collection goals and objectives * Proficiency in collection software (registration of 10,000 members) * Daily review of team collection performance * Resolution of customer conflicts General Information and Compensation 100% in-person work Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Educational support * Salary increases * Sick leave days * Flexible schedules * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms Work Location: On-site employment
