Job Description: **Customer Service / Billing Manager** We are **Industrial and Chemical Solutions S.A. de C.V.**, a Mexican company dedicated to the marketing of industrial chemical products. **Main Responsibilities** * Staff management, incident handling, and reporting. * Receiving purchase orders from internal and external customers. * Tracking requests, orders, and complaints from initiation to resolution. * Releasing orders through accounting (accounts payable). * Preparing invoices and freight bills where applicable. * Clarifying inquiries, updating information, and providing support throughout the entire sales cycle. * Managing files and records. **Essential Requirements** * Minimum of 1 **year of experience in similar positions**, preferably within **chemical, industrial, or commercial sector companies**. * Experience in **invoicing and CFDI issuance**. * **Customer service and support in commercial areas**. * Familiarity with CONTPAQi system is desirable. * Proficiency in **commercial and fiscal terms** (CFDI, payment methods, sales conditions, etc.). * **Excellent communication and customer service skills.** * Ability to **analyze, organize, and track processes.** **Desirable Qualifications** * Experience with **CONTPAQi**. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Google Sheets for reporting and controls. **We Offer** * Gross monthly salary ranging from $17,000 to $18,000. * On-site work schedule: **Monday to Friday**, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. * **Statutory benefits effective from day one.** * Additional benefits starting after the 6th month: * Major medical expense insurance. * Life insurance. * Support for marriage, childbirth, and bereavement.
