Prepare financial reports and presentations for meetings A leading real estate management company is seeking: **Condominium Administrative Manager** **Position Objective:** Coordinate administrative and operational activities to ensure alignment with plans and programs established by the group’s management, while guaranteeing satisfactory achievement of the condominium’s financial and operational indicators, as well as the administration’s strategic objectives. **Responsibilities:** * Measure performance against established administrative indicators and objectives, and analyze results with the Operations Director. * Prepare condominium financial reports. * Prepare reports and presentations for monthly committee meetings and annual general assemblies. * Monitor condominium projects. * Coordinate outsourced services such as cleaning, security, landscaping, etc. * Document and maintain up-to-date contracts, purchase orders, insurance policies, etc. * Handle requests from organizations and liaise with external agencies (PROSOC, Municipal Government, Civil Protection, Public Security, etc.). * Ensure assembly notices are published in compliance with the Condominium Property Law and internal regulations. * Manage the financial, human, infrastructure, and workplace environment resources required for property administration. * Evaluate internal staff performance and identify specific training needs. * Ensure essential services (electricity, water, maintenance, security, insurance, personnel, telecommunications, and communications) are paid for and operating per contractual terms. * Supervise timely execution of the property’s maintenance and service plans. * Approve and oversee implementation of operational procedures across administration, operations, and maintenance departments. **Education:** Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Engineering, or related field. **Required Competencies:** * Problem analysis and resolution. * Negotiation skills and ability to mediate conflict situations. * Data analysis and interpretation to implement improvement plans. * Ability to identify root causes to eliminate recurring incidents. * Discretion. * Customer service orientation. * Personnel management. * Strong verbal communication skills. **We Offer:** * Direct employment with the company. * Gross monthly salary of $30,000. * Benefits exceeding statutory requirements (Savings Fund, Grocery Vouchers, Annual Performance Bonus).
