Job Summary: We are seeking a Diesel Workshop Supervisor to coordinate and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance of the diesel vehicle fleet. Key Highlights: 1. This opportunity is for you. What will you do? You will be responsible for coordinating and supervising preventive and corrective maintenance of the fleet, ensuring availability and optimal operation of tractor-trailers and trailers, as well as providing highway roadside assistance when required. Requirements: Technical degree in Mechanics or incomplete Engineering degree 2–4 years of experience in heavy-duty diesel vehicle maintenance Willingness to travel (for roadside assistance and training) Valid driver's license Key Knowledge Areas: General diesel mechanics Preventive and corrective maintenance Basic-to-intermediate engine fault diagnosis Pneumatic and braking systems Wheel hubs and drive shafts Suspension, alignment, and balancing Tires Basic Microsoft Office software proficiency We Offer: Monthly gross salary of $19,000 to $21,000 (based on experience) Direct employment with the company 100% IMSS registration Statutory and above-statutory benefits: Food vouchers Savings fund and savings account Year-end bonus (aguinaldo) Vacation premium Life insurance Uniforms Quarterly bonus for achievement of objectives Work Schedule: Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM Fixed day off: Sunday. -Requirements- Minimum education: Upper secondary education – Technological High School Diploma 2 years of experience Willingness to travel: Yes Keywords: resident, supervisor, assistant manager, team leader, responsible person, coordinator, manager, captain
