




Job Summary: Ensure operational, administrative, and financial management of domestic transportation and foreign trade, guaranteeing expense control and service continuity. Key Highlights: 1. Job Objective Ensure proper operational, administrative, and financial management of domestic transportation and foreign trade operations, guaranteeing expense control, timely recording, accurate invoicing, budget compliance, and service continuity, while maintaining a healthy and strategic relationship with suppliers. Key Responsibilities * Record 100% of the monthly expenses against the assigned budget. * Enter freight and service invoices into SAP / UProcess to ensure timely and proper payments. * Assign purchase orders (POs) and acceptance numbers to performed services. * Provision freight and service invoices for payment scheduling by Finance. * Submit pending freight provisions during monthly closings. * Record customs and freight expenses to the corresponding POs (import, COMEX, and domestic). * Reconcile advances for import operations. * Prepare and deliver weekly KPIs (recorded vs. operational data). * Address SAP requests for service modifications or new transactions. Profile Requirements Education: * Bachelor's degree or Engineering in: * International Trade * Logistics Experience: 1–2 years in a similar role within the industry.
