Job Summary:
We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant for Construction Machinery to support the receipt, safekeeping, control, and supply of machinery at construction sites, ensuring proper organization and availability.

At Equilibrium – Psychology for Business Success, we are looking for a Construction Machinery Warehouse Assistant for a project in Tepatlaxco, with offices in Puebla.
Work Location: Tepatlaxco Construction Site.
Base Offices: Puebla.
Mandatory Requirement: Currently reside in \*Puebla.
Salary: $10,000 monthly\*.
Working Hours:
\* Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
\* Saturdays, from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
\* Modality: On-site.
We seek talent with experience in:
Knowledge of on-site safety regulations and use of PPE.
Basic knowledge of handling and storage of light and heavy machinery.
Inventory management and control of incoming/outgoing items.
Organization and control of materials/equipment.
Requirements:
Minimum 1–2 years of experience handling materials, equipment, or machinery at construction sites.
Education: Secondary school, high school, or technical training (logistics, administration, construction, or related fields).
Basic inventory management and control of incoming/outgoing items.
Ability to organize and control materials/equipment.
Capacity to work under pressure and as part of a team.
Availability to work at \[project location].
Basic proficiency in Excel or control templates.
