




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to support human resources processes, payroll administration, and employee file preparation. Key Highlights: 1. Multifunctional HR support role 2. Requires organization and proactivity Bachelor's degree in **Public Accounting, Business Administration, or related field**, with at least 2 years of experience in: * Filing incidents for payment processing. * Recording employee hires and terminations. * Preparing and updating employee files. * Onboarding new employees. * Supporting payroll disbursement. * Serving as support for HR department processes. MEDIUM-TO-ADVANCED OFFICE SOFTWARE AND ACCOUNTING SYSTEM PROFICIENCY IS MANDATORY. Personal competencies: honesty, organization, professionalism, proactivity, assertive communication, excellent teamwork; always action-oriented and initiative-driven. **Location: Acatzingo, Puebla. (Must reside within a maximum 30-minute commute from Acatzingo)** Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 9:00–18:00 hrs.
