SALARY: $12,000 monthly (integrated) WORK LOCATION: AUDI Plant **MUST RESIDE NEAR SAN JOSÉ CHIAPA OR SURROUNDING AREAS** * Experience in technical support and maintenance * Bachelor's degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field * Rotating shifts Main Job Responsibilities: * Preventive and corrective maintenance on Tier-1 equipment. * Preventive and corrective maintenance on Tier-2 equipment. * Ticket handling via ERP. * Third-level electronic repairs of SHC devices (printers, scanners, MDAs, SmartPlug, push-button panels). * Patching and reboot reporting. * Validation of repair completions. * Network verification and maintenance (switches, routers, wireless).
