Optimization of resources **Bonafont Garrafones invites you to join our team** **Junior Production Leader** Technical degree, bachelor's degree, or engineering degree Beverages, Food, Pharmacology 1–2 years of experience in the same position within industries of the same nature (e.g., food or pharmaceutical industry). **Objective:** Manage personnel to deliver required production on time and to specification during the assigned shift, consistently complying with quality and food safety standards established by the Quality and Food Safety Management System. **Responsibilities:** \- Ensure availability and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) for the team. \- Execute corrective plans or actions guaranteeing raw material, product, and process quality. \- Ensure production controls are implemented. \- Monitor losses (caps, belts, water, detergents, filters). \- Record production notifications in SAP. \- Optimize human resources (regular working hours, overtime, etc.). \- Ensure materials and raw materials are available for the shift. \- Perform line startup and shutdown control. \- Coordinate with other supervisors for proper shift handover and takeover. Schedule: \- Weekly rotating shift, 12-hour workday, working 4 days per week.
