Job Summary: We are seeking a Sales Manager for Pasteurizadora Maulec, responsible for managing sales strategies, coordinating with marketing, and maintaining customer relationships to maximize revenue. Position Objective Achieve the sales budget for each assigned customer through acceptable service levels and close customer relationships. Responsibilities Manage sales strategies to maximize revenue. Coordinate with the marketing team to develop effective campaigns. Analyze market trends and adjust strategies according to needs. Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Manage and guide Sell-Out and Sell-In KPIs. Requirements Prior experience in sales and team leadership. Achieve sales budget/NS. Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions. Advanced communication and negotiation skills. Power BI Excel Benefits Salary: $30,000 to $35,000 monthly Year-end bonus: 15 days in the first year, 30 days starting from the second year. Meal subsidy. Vacation bonus: 25%. Sunday premium: 30%.
