Position Summary: We are seeking an Internal Trainer to design, coordinate, and deliver training and development programs, strengthening staff competencies. Key Responsibilities: 1. Ensure compliance with applicable legal frameworks and current regulations A leading manufacturer of plastic products is looking for an **Internal Trainer** to join our procurement team. **Requirements:** * Completed bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, psychology, communications, business administration, human resources management, or related field. * Required experience: 2 years as a group instructor; 1 year administering training programs. * Knowledge of the learning and development process: DNC (National Competency Standards), institutional design, learning assessment, and instructional material development. * Preferably, familiarity with STPS regulations, first aid, and the plastic industry. * Proficiency in tools such as Prezi, Wondershare, Adobe, and learning platforms including Moodle, CANVA, and Microsoft Office, among others. **General Job Responsibility:** * Design, coordinate, and deliver corporate-wide training and development programs aimed at strengthening staff competencies, skills, and knowledge to support optimal performance and organizational development.
