Job Summary: We are seeking a home-based collection officer to visit clients, negotiate payment alternatives, and record collection activities in the system, with a focus on portfolio recovery. Key Responsibilities: 1. Home-based collection management and balance recovery. 2. Negotiation of payment alternatives and debt restructuring. 3. Case file management and agreement registration in the system. Field-based home collection: Directly visit clients' residences or businesses to manage balance recovery and deliver account statements. Negotiation: Offer payment alternatives (e.g., payment agreements, debt restructuring, or write-offs) and establish formal commitments.
