Achieving sales targets and prospecting new customers We seek a dynamic and proactive Field Sales Advisor responsible for developing and maintaining commercial relationships with existing and potential customers through on-site visits. The primary objective is to increase sales, deliver personalized service, and ensure customer satisfaction. **Main Responsibilities:** * Prospecting new customers along the route (e.g., workshops, metalworking shops, transport companies, etc.). * Conducting regular customer visits for follow-up and closing sales. * Presenting products and promotions. * Taking orders and managing collections (if applicable). * Addressing and resolving customer needs. * Achieving sales targets. * Reporting activities and updating the customer portfolio. **Requirements:** * Experience in field sales or route-based sales (preferred). * Strong verbal communication and negotiation skills. * Valid driver’s license (preferred). * Basic knowledge of the local area. * Proactive, results-oriented attitude. Salary: $8,500.00 - $10,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
