




Position Summary: Coordinate, supervise, and evaluate staff performance, ensuring compliance with policies and optimizing resources for operational and logistical management. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team leadership and coordination 2. End-to-end management of operations and procedures 3. Resource optimization and productivity enhancement Ensure strict adherence to policies, processes, and operational procedures at all times. Coordinate work with other team members to complete tasks accurately and on time. Implement and enforce safety, hygiene, cleanliness, and order standards in the workplace. Attendance monitoring for assigned personnel. Identify, provide, and optimize utilization of all resources. Verify that staff ensure the physical integrity of merchandise. Develop work plans. Monitor individual and team work plans. Evaluate individual and team performance. Provide performance feedback to motivate and improve staff efficiency. Verify order loading and printing. Classify orders by delivery route. Distribute assortment workload. Track productivity per assorment worker. Ensure proper product handling during the assortment process.
