Key Responsibilities: 1. Promotion of employee health and holistic well-being 2. Ensuring safe, healthy, and productive work environments 3. Fostering a culture of self-care and quality of working life Knowledge and Experience: * Knowledge of Mexican STPS labor legislation * Familiarity with NOM-030, NOM-019, NOM-036, and NOM-035 * Legal framework for occupational health (ST-7, ST-2, ST-3, ST-9) * Medical care and evaluation of personnel * Medical examinations for job applicants and periodic examinations * Medication control * Employee onboarding * Emergency response teams * Emergency medical response * Work-related risks, general illness, and occupational disease * Health prevention campaigns * Occupational health * Development of job-specific health profiles * Intermediate-level Office suite proficiency, Outlook usage * Use of IMSS platform for online COVID-19 assessments * Interpretation of industry-specific special examinations (X-ray, audiometry, anti-doping tests) Objective: To serve as a reference point for promoting employee health and holistic well-being within the company, ensuring safe, healthy, and productive work environments.
