Opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment. **AT ELIS, WE BELIEVE IN YOUR TALENT** --------------------------------- **A leading company providing specialized financing and textile laundry solutions** ### **We are seeking: Labor Relations Analyst / Human Resources Generalist** ### **Position Objective:** To implement the administrative processes of the human talent area in order to meet the needs of employees and each department of the company. ### **Required Experience in:** * Payroll Management and Explanation * IDSE System * Federal Labor Law * IMSS * Infonavit * SAP, SUA, Office GIRO proficiency * Labor Reform * Advanced Excel * Pre-Payroll (for 100–200 employees) **REQUIREMENTS** * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, or Public Accounting (in progress or completed). * 2–3 years of relevant experience. * Flexible availability for working hours. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute payroll payment processes, as well as receive, review, and verify correct payments to company personnel to ensure timely compensation for employees. * Carry out affiliation actions (registrations, cancellations, modifications, and variable updates) with IMSS, complying fully with regulatory requirements to avoid any official requests. * Maintain accurate records of registrations, cancellations, and modifications to ensure reliable information. * Administer affiliation actions (registrations and cancellations), and provide information regarding major medical expenses and life insurance, ensuring staff awareness in case of contingencies. * Generate, deliver, and securely store payroll receipts for operational and unionized personnel, ensuring up-to-date information and compliance with official requirements. * Draft fixed-term and indefinite-term employment contracts and maintain proper records to comply with official requirements. * Receive and track medical leave documentation (work-related risks, commuting risks, occupational illness, and general illness) to submit the annual risk premium calculation on time and accurately. * Address, clarify, and resolve employee inquiries and/or needs to maintain a healthy work environment. * Track and manage Infonavit notices (withholdings, suspensions, and credit updates) to calculate deductions and ensure effective payment processing. * Maintain updated records and operate the GIRO system to ensure data reliability. * Promptly monitor and control the Quality and Environmental Management System within the assigned area to guarantee organizational policy compliance. **SKILLS** Results-oriented, frustration tolerance, teamwork, effective communication, negotiation, innovation, conflict resolution. **WE OFFER:** Our offer is $12,000 per month before taxes (non-negotiable) Food vouchers equaling 7% of the assigned salary = $840 per month (Enreed Voucher Card) Thirteenth-month bonus equivalent to 30 days’ salary per year * ️ 12 vacation days upon completion of the first year (100% vacation bonus) Life insurance (covering accidental or natural death) Major medical expense coverage for you, your spouse, and dependent children under age 18 Savings fund (available once staffing threshold is met) Direct employment contract with the company Statutory benefits from day one (100% IMSS registration) * **Working Hours**: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:30 pm.
