




Position Summary: Supervise, implement, and operate an Institutional Quality System, ensuring perioperative medical care and compliance with clinical guidelines. Key Highlights: 1. Active participation in the development of medical policies and procedures General Objective: Supervise, implement, and operate an Institutional Quality System. Perioperative medical care: support in pre-surgical assessment, intraoperative emergencies, reception and monitoring of postoperative patients in the Post-Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU), support in pain surveillance and control, and management of other postoperative complications Job Responsibilities: 1 Promote the development and implementation of therapeutic clinical guidelines. 2 Contribute to reducing adverse events. 3 Maintain communication with attending physicians to optimize clinical record completion. 4 Notify compliance with the safe surgery policy and procedure. 5 Supervise patient admission to the Surgery Unit. 6 Report deficiencies in anesthesia and surgical care. 7 Record required data in the service database. 8 Report adverse and sentinel events. 9 Report equipment failures in respective areas. 10 Comply with and disseminate area regulations. 11 Monitor the hemodynamic status of postoperative patients and discharge them for hospitalization according to the care policy and procedure. 12 Ensure outpatient administrative procedures in respective areas are simple, efficient, and secure. 13 Perform other responsibilities stipulated by applicable laws, institutional provisions, and regulations. 14 Participate in the development and dissemination of anesthesia and perioperative medicine policies and procedures. Education: Bachelor’s Degree in General Medicine, with specialization in Anesthesiology Experience: Mexican and international official standards, with 6 months of experience. Clinical record management, with 1 year of experience. High-risk perioperative patients, with 1 year of experience. Basic cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Advanced cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Management of difficult airway. Invasive monitoring techniques, with 1 year of experience. Pain control techniques, with 1 year of experience.
