Position Summary: Star Médica is seeking an Accounting Analyst with technical experience to manage daily accounting operations, bank reconciliations, and support the revenue department. We invite you to join our successful team as: "ACCOUNTING ANALYST" EDUCATION: Technical Degree in Accounting EXPERIENCE: 1 year as Accounting Technician RESPONSIBILITIES: ·Organize invoices from the previous day (closures from all cash registers). ·Verify invoice sequential numbering. * Determine the total amount received under the category “customer advances” and record applied advances. * Verify that all income (credit, cash, advances) matches the amounts recorded in “cash register”. ·Receive and verify payments and receipts related to accounts receivable invoices. ·Provision of Subrogates. * Budget control. * Scheduling of subrogate payments. * Prepare credit notes for customers. * Perform reconciliation (bank reconciliation) of bank accounts and record entries in SAP system. * File vouchers and invoices corresponding to the department. * Support general functions within the revenue department.
