As Farm Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to production processes on our farm. You must possess solid knowledge of gestation, farrowing, weaning, and fattening processes, as well as prior experience managing personnel. Requirements: * **Veterinary Doctor / Agricultural Engineer (Animal Science) or related field** * **Minimum 2–3 years’ prior experience in similar positions within the swine industry**. * Solid knowledge of various on-farm production processes. * Proven personnel management and leadership skills. * Ability to effectively resolve conflicts. * Ability to work collaboratively and foster a cooperative environment. * Positive energy and proactive mindset. Key Responsibilities: * Supervise and coordinate all farm production-related activities. * Manage and lead the assigned team, providing guidance and support. * Ensure all procedures and protocols are properly followed. * Resolve conflicts and problems arising on the farm. * Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure efficient workflow. * Maintain high standards of quality and safety across all operations.
