Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced breakfast cook proficient in hot line operations, on-the-spot food preparation, plating, and maintaining order and cleanliness. Key Highlights: 1. Responsible for preparing a variety of Mexican breakfasts 2. Handling the hot line and plating with excellent presentation 3. Team-oriented work environment under pressure We are looking for a breakfast cook with experience in hot line operations, on-the-spot food preparation, and plating. The candidate will be responsible for preparing Mexican breakfast dishes such as chilaquiles, enchiladas, enfrijoladas, eggs to order, omelets, molletes, hot cakes, etc., consistently maintaining order, cleanliness, and excellent presentation for each dish. **Main Responsibilities:** * Preparation and service of breakfast items * Operation of the hot line * Plating and presentation of dishes * Support in kitchen production and organization * Cleaning of the work area * Working under pressure during peak hours **Requirements:** * Experience in cooking, preferably in breakfast service * Speed, cleanliness, and organizational skills * Positive attitude, responsibility, and punctuality * Ability to work effectively in a team **Location:** Av.
