Main Responsibilities High-volume recruitment and selection of operational staff Coordination of interviews, screening, psychometric and medical evaluations Implementation of attraction strategies on social media and job fairs Tracking recruitment metrics and headcount targets Essential Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in mass and operational recruitment Proficiency in recruitment platforms (Pandapé, OCC) Ability to work under pressure and in high-demand environments Strong communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills Experience in industries: Food Manufacturing, Human Resources, or Retail (supermarkets). -Requirements- Minimum education: Higher education – Bachelor's degree 3 years of experience Age: between 27 and 34 years old Keywords: analyst, selection, recruiter, headhunter, scout, recruitment
