Employee support and resolution of personnel inquiries A leading company in cleaning and specialized services is seeking: Human Resources Generalist Location: Apodaca, airport Work Modality: On-site Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm; Saturday half-day Responsibilities: * Personnel recruitment and selection * Posting job vacancies, conducting interviews, and tracking candidates * Processing new hires, terminations, and personnel transfers * Attendance tracking, vacation management, and absence control * Support in payroll processing and pay slips * Administration of physical and digital personnel files * Employee support and resolution of personnel inquiries * Time clock system monitoring * Administrative support for the Human Resources department * Knowledge of the Federal Labor Law (LFT) Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
