This role is essential to ensure excellence in our processes and products. Responsibilities: Design, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with applicable standards (e.g., ISO). Supervise quality inspections for raw materials, production processes, and finished products. Lead internal and external audits, ensuring preparation, execution, and follow-up of findings. Manage non-conformities and corrective/preventive actions. Establish and monitor quality KPIs, proposing continuous improvement actions. Train and raise awareness among staff on quality topics, good practices, and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with other departments to ensure processes comply with quality standards. Evaluate and approve suppliers from a quality perspective. Prepare periodic reports for senior management on quality system performance. Requirements: Previous experience in quality leadership roles. Knowledge of international quality standards and regulations. Ability to lead teams and motivate them to achieve quality objectives. Analytical skills to interpret data and generate reports.
