Job Summary: This role involves supporting IT infrastructure, including computer and network equipment maintenance, software installation, and troubleshooting. Key Highlights: 1. Troubleshooting connectivity issues and device configuration **BASIC EDUCATION:** Recent graduate in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Computer Systems. **CERTIFICATIONS/COURSES:** * DC3 \- Safety for Working at Heights. * DC3\- Electrical Work. * DC3\- Industrial Safety and Environmental Protection. * DC3\- Operation of Lifting Equipment, Articulated Booms, and Scissor Lifts. **TECHNICAL SKILLS:** * Microsoft Office, Adobe Reader, collaborative platforms, switching and routing platforms. * Voice and Data. Interpretation of layout and technical data within site scope documents. * Networks. Use of tools for proper installation. Identification and labeling. * Video surveillance and access control / Use of mechanical tools for infrastructure installation, such as reamers, drills, pipe benders, etc. **FUNCTIONS AND TASKS** * Updating video drivers. * Replacing computer equipment. * Software installation. * Assigning IP addresses to new cameras. * Installing software via the ServiceNow portal. * Verifying network node functionality after relocation and ensuring correct configuration on respective network paths. * Activating iPads in ServiceNow. * Correcting camera time synchronization offsets. * Inspecting cabling conditions and updating docking station drivers, as well as installing DSM on computer equipment. * Installing programs and configuring them for proper operation. * Backing up files using Veeam. * Replacing network switches. * Analytical configuration of site cameras. * Resolving home network connectivity issues. * Resolving email synchronization problems. **Employment Type**: Full-time **Benefits:** * Salary increases * Discounts and preferential pricing **Work Schedule:** * Monday to Friday * 10-hour shifts Salary: $12,000\.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
