Job Summary: We are seeking an Accounting Assistant with experience in accounting for legal entities and individuals, tax calculation, and accounting system management. Key Highlights: 1. Proficiency in accounting systems such as Contpaq, Noi, and Coi You are invited to join our team as an **Accounting Assistant** * Gender: Unrestricted * Age: 24 years or older * Completed Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Administration, Finance, or related field * 1–2 years of experience in accounting Knowledge and Skills: * Accounting for legal entities and individuals * Recording of accounting entries * Calculation of federal and state taxes * Annual tax returns for individuals and legal entities * Determination and submission of provisional tax payments and monthly informative declarations (SAT, IMSS, Finance) * Bank reconciliations * Payroll invoicing and stamping * Preparation of permanent files * SUA system management (employee onboarding/offboarding, salary modifications, R.T. submissions) * Government agency procedures * Cash flow management * Payroll preparation Proficiency in accounting systems (**Contpaq, Noi, Coi, SUA, IDSE**, **etc**.)
