VACANCY AVAILABLE: **Industrial Engineer** **Working Hours:** * Monday to Friday: 08:00 AM to 06:00 PM * Saturday: 08:00 AM to 02:00 PM **Location:** * Amalucan Intersection Area * On-site work only. **Responsibilities** **General:** Optimize production processes, improve operational efficiency, and ensure proper resource utilization at the workplace, contributing to the achievement of productivity and quality goals. **Specific:** Analyze and improve manufacturing processes to reduce cycle times, costs, and waste. Design and implement operational standards, procedures, and control forms. Collaborate in implementing quality, safety, and environmental management systems. Coordinate continuous improvement projects using methodologies such as Lean Manufacturing or 5S. Supervise the proper execution of preventive maintenance plans. Support training of operational staff on new procedures or technologies. Evaluate production line efficiency and propose adjustments. Monitor compliance with key performance indicators (KPIs). Prepare technical reports, line balancing analyses, and cost analyses. Coordinate with production, inventory, logistics, and quality departments. Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor. **Job Mission:** Contribute to the company’s growth and competitiveness through analysis, redesign, and improvement of industrial processes, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and quality in operations. **Knowledge Requirements:** Process and productivity engineering. Continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, Six Sigma). Quality standards (ISO 9001\), industrial safety, and environmental standards. Standard time calculation and line balancing. ERP and manufacturing software. Advanced Excel, AutoCAD. **Skills:** * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Clear and effective communication. * Leadership and teamwork. * Planning and organization. * Ability to solve complex problems. * Adaptability to change.
