Job Summary: We are seeking a Distribution Center Manager with solid experience leading high-volume logistics operations, ensuring inventory control, on-time shipment fulfillment, and nationwide store service. Knowledge of WMS, Lean Manufacturing, and continuous improvement. We are seeking a Distribution Center Manager with solid experience leading high-volume logistics operations, responsible for ensuring inventory control, on-time shipment fulfillment, and nationwide store service. Education •Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field. •Preferred specialization or postgraduate degree in Logistics, Operations, or Supply Chain. Experience •Minimum 8–10 years of experience in logistics operations, warehousing, or distribution centers. •At least 5 years in managerial roles leading high-activity distribution centers. •Proven experience in storage, order picking, shipping, and nationwide distribution. •Experience managing high-volume, high-SKU-count inventories. •Experience in rapid improvement initiatives, operational stabilization, and transformation of underperforming warehouses facing execution, control, or service issues. •Experience managing courier services, freight carriers, and logistics providers. •Preferred experience in consumer goods, retail, home, textiles, white goods, or similar categories. Technical Knowledge •Distribution center and warehouse management. •Operational planning and inventory control. •WMS systems, RF technology, conveyors, and sorters. •Logistics KPIs and control dashboards. •Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement. •National distribution, shipping, route optimization, and store service. •Warehouse safety and operational regulations. •Advanced Excel and ERP/logistics management system proficiency.
