Job Summary: This position involves verifying the validation of sealing machines and product parameters, ensuring compliance with acceptance criteria and established procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Key skills: effective communication, initiative, and proactivity. **Job Description** **Overview:** The employee must possess knowledge of sealing acceptance criteria according to current procedures and must be capable of reading and interpreting validated parameter graphs for the relevant product, in order to verify that they fall within the validated range. The employee must be able to seal various types of products on different sealers, including but not limited to EMPLEX- and PACKWORLD-type sealers. Due to the nature of the operation, the employee must be capable of working at least half a shift standing. **Primary Responsibilities:** * Responsible for verifying that the sealing machine is validated for the product being processed and that parameters fall within the validated range for the type of product to be sealed; otherwise, must report to line guide and/or supervisor and must not begin sealing until adjustments are made. * The employee is responsible for ensuring that the bag/tray or component to be sealed corresponds to the work order. * The employee is responsible for ensuring that the product meets acceptance criteria and performs the operation in accordance with established procedures; if acceptance criteria are not met, must report to line guide and/or supervisor. * The employee is responsible for ensuring no materials belonging to another work order are present in their work area. **Skills:** * Ability to work half a shift standing * Effective communication * Initiative, proactive **Education:** Elementary school.
