




Position Summary: Lead the commercial area by defining sales strategies and customer development initiatives to drive Bluedot’s growth and ensure effective execution of the commercial strategy. Management of strategic relationships with customers and partners **ATTRACTIVE COMMISSION SCHEME** Purpose: Lead the commercial area by defining sales strategies and customer development initiatives that drive Bluedot’s sustainable growth. Coordinate the Account Managers team and other related positions to ensure quota attainment and customer satisfaction. Primary Objective: Ensure effective execution of the commercial strategy, increasing revenue, profitability, and market positioning. Responsibilities: Define and implement the sales and account development strategy. Establish sales quotas, objectives, and performance metrics for the commercial team and ensure the team achieves them. Supervise pipeline management and revenue forecasting. Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key customers and partners. Coordinate with Marketing, Engineering, Infrastructure, Finance, and Legal to support proposals and projects. Review and approve discounts, contractual terms, and special proposals. Ensure continuous training and development of the commercial team. Report progress, risks, and opportunities to General Management.
