PAYROLL LOAN MANAGER At Exitus Credit, we seek field-based commercial leaders focused on results and with proven experience in payroll loan placements. This role is designed for professionals who lead through execution, accompany their teams in the field, and turn objectives into results. Responsibilities * Lead and execute payroll loan placements within the assigned area. * Manage, activate, and accompany commercial teams in the field. * Drive customer acquisition, deal closure, and growth in loan placements. * Implement cross-selling and commercial activation strategies. * Monitor performance indicators focused on results. * Ensure branch-level monthly target achievement. Requirements * Mandatory experience in payroll loans and/or direct debit loans. * 1–2 years of experience in similar positions (Commercial Manager or Supervisor). * Demonstrable leadership of field-based sales teams. * Fully commercial profile, goal-oriented. * Availability to work 80% in the field. * Knowledge of cross-selling strategies.
