Customer Service** * Greet customers and guests with a courteous, professional attitude and language appropriate to the venue’s concept. * Present the menu, clearly and attractively explain dishes, beverages, and recommendations. * Take orders accurately and relay them correctly to the kitchen and bar. * Serve food and beverages according to established standards for presentation, timing, and quality. * Continuously monitor customer satisfaction during their stay. * Resolve any concerns or incidents immediately and professionally, escalating when necessary. **2. Brand Experience** Know and convey the concept, history, and values of Casa Huamantla and its units. * Adapt service style according to the space: * **Hotel:** Discreet, empathetic, and personalized service. * **Cafeteria:** Agile, friendly, and approachable service. * **Speakeasy:** Elegant, reserved, and high-level service. * Anticipate customer needs without being intrusive. **3. Operations and Control** * Set up and clear tables according to established guidelines. * Maintain cleanliness and order in service areas during and after shifts. * Ensure that china, glassware, and cutlery are in optimal condition. * Assist in inventory control, reporting shortages or losses. * Follow opening and closing shift procedures. **4. Sales and Promotion** * Ethically and professionally suggest additional items. * Promote signature dishes, specialty beverages, and venue experiences. * Know current prices, promotions, and policies. * Contribute to achieving sales targets and average ticket goals. **5.
