Manage and track the Customer Relationship Management tool (Salesforce) to provide organizational visibility into the aforementioned quotations. Track the release of Purchase Orders issued by clients to enable timely billing for services rendered. Collaborate with the Commercial Team (DNN\-Commercial) to ensure all required documents and supporting materials are in place to release services and properly manage revenue. Ensure accurate and timely billing for services provided to clients, as well as proper and timely collections. Support Site Leadership in monthly forecasting, budgeting, and revenue provisioning processes, based on commercial negotiations conducted with clients. Manage, track, and act as owner of the Customer Experience Management Survey Tool (Customer Gauge CXM) to coordinate submissions and responses from our key client with the broader DHL Puebla leadership team. Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, or related field.
