




Position Summary: We are seeking an Inventory Assistant to verify stock levels, identify irregularities, report root causes, and propose solutions to correct discrepancies in the warehouse and storage areas. Objective: To physically verify that the inventory quantities and locations in the Company’s warehouse and storage areas match the system records, detect irregularities, identify their root cause, report findings, and propose solutions to correct such discrepancies. Work Location: Calle Internacional \#1 Parque industrial Chachapa, cp 72990 (residence near the Chachapa, Amozoc area is mandatory) Business Type: Pharmaceutical distributor. Requirements: Education: Completed high school, completed or incomplete technical degree. Skills: Organized, analytical, objective, dynamic, and proactive; availability to work rotating shifts—morning and afternoon. Knowledge: Inventory auditing and Microsoft Office (Excel preferred), strong verbal communication skills. Work Experience: Minimum 6 months of verifiable experience in similar roles within inventory auditing and inventory management. Responsibilities: Verify the existence of inventory recorded in the Company’s financial statements. Analyze data and results from inventory audits and present them to the Inventory and Returns Supervisor. Record inventory losses. Support control of expiration dates for pharmaceutical products stored in the warehouse. Organize goods in the warehouse. Assist in identifying root causes of customer shortage claims. Remove items from inventory for return to suppliers (items that have undergone the inventory intake process), exercising judgment and objectivity in required tasks. We Offer: Starting salary of $10,380\. per month (net).
