Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Analyst to manage the arrangement, delivery, and replenishment of materials, ensuring order and control in the raw materials warehouse. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain efficient communication in warehouse coordination 2. Conduct periodic inventories and material tracking 3. Manage FIFO and notify about materials approaching expiration Company dedicated to the marketing of raw materials for ice cream is seeking a Warehouse Analyst. Requirements: * 1 year of experience in material arrangement, delivery, and replenishment; warehouse operator or similar roles * Technical degrees, incomplete degree in Administration, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field (preferred) Responsibilities: * Maintain efficient communication with Warehouse Coordination, Warehouse Generalist, and Administrative Analysts. * Replenish materials timely and accurately for incoming and outgoing shipments. * Verify materials to be dispatched on route. * Capture and deliver photographic evidence to the Administrative Analyst for packages to be shipped. * Physically receive and organize materials. * Request materials for general warehouse stock. * Properly manage FIFO. * Notify about materials approaching expiration to facilitate rotation. * Conduct inventories—weekly, biweekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually—in consignment locations and warehouses as required. * Follow up with Warehouse Coordination regarding material requests or shortages needed for customer service. * Label all incoming materials according to applicable regulations.
