Job Summary: We are seeking a Fire Protection Systems Planning and Supervision Engineer with experience in design and supervision of installations, calculations, and regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Solid experience in fire protection system design and supervision. 2. Proficiency in NFPA, NOM-002, FM Global standards and calculation software. 3. Preparation of project deliverables and supervision of commissioning. **Fire Protection Systems Planner/Supervisor** Mechanical, Mechanical-Electrical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering degree. Licensed professional with official engineering license (cédula profesional). **Essential Position Requirements:** * Minimum 5+ years of experience in fire protection system design and supervision. * Design and calculation of fire suppression systems: hydrants, sprinklers, dry chemical agents, CO2, foam, argonite, etc. * Design and calculation of fire alarm and detection systems for gases/smoke. * Design and calculation of natural smoke exhaust systems. * Selection and distribution of fire extinguishers. * Design and calculation of pump rooms. * Calculation and selection of seismic bracing. * Construction supervision, verification of compliance testing, and commissioning. * Advanced knowledge of NFPA, NOM-002, FM Global, and applicable standards. * Preparation of project deliverables including drawings, descriptive reports, calculation reports, and material lists with quantities. **Additional Skills:** * AutoCAD (Mandatory) * MicroStation V8 (Desirable) * REVIT (Desirable) * Hydraulic calculation software. * English, B1 level **Work Locations:** * Office: San Andrés Cholula, Puebla. * Site: San José Chiapa, Puebla. (Primarily) Daily round-trip transportation provided between Office and Site. **Offered Gross Monthly Salary:** $24,000.00 (Twenty-four thousand Mexican pesos) Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $24,000.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Food vouchers Workplace: On-site employment
