Responsibilities: * Preparation of rolls, nigiri, sashimi, and other Japanese dishes. * Plating and aesthetic presentation of dishes. * Proper handling and control of fish and seafood. * Maintaining a clean and organized work area. * Compliance with food hygiene and safety standards. * Waste control and product rotation. * Inventory support as required.
