If you possess excellent project management skills and a solid understanding of best practices, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. ¨¨¨¨¨¨ WE ARE SEEKING ¨¨¨¨¨¨¨ **\*\*\*\*\*\*\*UNIT PRICE COORDINATOR\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*\*** **Responsibilities:** * Prepare unit price analyses for telecommunications infrastructure projects. * Reading of blueprints. * Knowledge of data analysis. * Participate in negotiations with contractors and suppliers to achieve financial closures. * Evaluate technical and financial proposals from contractors for white rooms, IT rooms, structured cabling, HVAC, electrical systems, and security systems. * Generate comparative matrices and cost\-benefit reports for decision making. * Participate in public and private tenders, developing competitive cost structures that are technically justified. * Validate and update databases of inputs, productivity rates, and market prices. * Experience managing personnel. **Requirements:** * Civil Engineering degree or Architecture degree. * 3 to 5 years of experience as a Unit Price Analyst in infrastructure or telecommunications companies. * Proven experience negotiating with contractors. * Experience in government tenders. * Technical knowledge of civil works, electromechanical systems, and specialized systems (HVAC, UPS, fire suppression, cabling, etc.). * Proficiency in unit price software (Neodata, Opus, Advanced Excel). **Key Skills:** * Strategic and persuasive negotiation. * Professional ethics with focus on profitability and compliance. * Effective communication and multidisciplinary teamwork. * Negotiation and problem solving. **We Offer:** * Biweekly salary paid on time (**from $32,000 \- $35,000** **GROSS MONTHLY**) * Working hours: Monday to Saturday. * Statutory benefits (effective from day one) and above-standard benefits. * Food vouchers and year-end bonus. * Subsidized cafeteria. * Savings fund. * Savings box. * Profit sharing. * Work tools. * Medical expense insurance. * Life insurance.
