Resolution of complex system incidents We are looking for a **Senior Systems Analyst** to join our team, with solid experience in ERP **module support and configuration**, particularly in **finance, logistics, and procurement** areas. Responsibilities: * ERP module configuration, support, and maintenance. * Integration of business processes with ERP functionalities. * Use of reporting and data extraction tools. * Execution and documentation of software functional testing. * Resolution of complex system-related incidents. * Development and updating of user manuals. * Training and support for end users, with clear and effective communication. Requirements: * Proven experience in functional ERP system support. * Strong knowledge of financial, logistics, and procurement processes. * Proficiency with **PostgreSQL** databases. * Analytical ability to solve technical and functional problems. * Experience generating reports and database queries. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $15,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Option for indefinite-term contract * Discounted cafeteria service Work Location: On-site employment
