Job Summary: Avangard Laboratorios is seeking an Inventory Control Analyst to ensure timely delivery fulfillment and efficient inventory control in the warehouse. Key Responsibilities: 1. Avangard Laboratorios invites you to join its Warehouse Department as: **Inventory Control Analyst.** **Challenge:** Contribute to fulfilling production order deliveries in accordance with Good Manufacturing and Storage Practices, as well as delivering finished products to customers and returning packaging materials. **Required Profile and Knowledge:** * Forklift operation. * Manual pallet jack operation. * Knowledge of inventory handling and control. * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office suite. * Minimum education: high school diploma (incomplete acceptable). * Minimum 1 year of experience in similar positions. * Availability to work morning shifts at Santa Cruz de las Flores, Tlajomulco de Zúñiga. **Responsibilities:** * *Register, schedule, and analyze raw material and finished product codes.* * *Perform inventory cycle counts.* * *Identify discrepancies between system records and physical locations.* * *Report identified inventory discrepancies to the Warehouse Manager.* * *Analyze and generate reports required by the Warehouse Department.* * *Operate the forklift correctly and complete the forklift usage checklist.* * *Report incidents involving damaged packaging, equipment, or facilities to the Warehouse Manager and follow up on corrective actions if necessary.* * *Correct pallet, identification, and/or packaging records to ensure material integrity.* * *Ensure timely delivery of material data and inventory movements to the respective department for compliance purposes.* * *Support other necessary warehouse activities as required.* **We Offer:** Employee transportation, food vouchers, subsidized cafeteria service, life insurance, major medical expense insurance, birthday gift.
