Implement continuous improvements in warehouse processes A leading manufacturer of polyurethane foam seeks a Warehouse Supervisor for its plant in Amozoc, Puebla. **WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR** **REQUIREMENTS** * Education: Industrial Engineering or related degree. * Experience: 3 years in a similar position. * ERP and Power BI proficiency. * Advanced Excel (Macros and Pivot Tables). **Responsibilities:** · Consolidate and analyze warehouse inventory data. * Generate comparative reports on receipts, issues, and adjustments. * Verify consistency between physical and theoretical inventories. * Monitor recording of losses, waste, and non-conforming products. * Conduct internal and external inventory audits. * Present trend analyses and consumption or demand forecasts. * Analyze data and interpret operational indicators. * Analyze inventory movements and indicators. * Coordinate overall physical inventories and reconcile them with ERP records. * Propose and implement improvements in processes, controls, or management tools. * Control and analyze FIFO, average cost, and accounting variance inventories. * Develop turnover, loss, performance, and stock coverage indicators. * Receiving, storage, and dispatch procedures. * Propose and implement improvements in processes, controls, or management tools. **Skills:** · Teamwork, Leadership, Frustration tolerance, Assertive communication. **WE OFFER:** Base salary, statutory benefits, and additional benefits (grocery vouchers, savings fund, cafeteria, paid birthday leave).
