




Job Summary: Perform microbiological analyses on products, water, and surfaces to ensure food safety and compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: 1. Microbiological analysis for process validations and deviations. 2. Ensure compliance with quality and food safety regulations. 3. Release production lines to prevent cross-contamination. Education: Degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Biochemistry, or related field. Responsibilities: * Perform microbiological analysis on finished products for thermal process validation, shelf-life determination, and process deviations to meet national and international legal standards. * Conduct microbiological analysis on process water, drinking fountains, wastewater treatment plants, and wells to comply with NOM-127-SSA-2021. * Release production lines for allergens to prevent cross-contamination and ensure food safety during processing. * Perform microbiological analysis on living and inert surfaces that have direct or indirect contact with the product to ensure product safety. * Conduct environmental monitoring to assess microbial load during various stages of the process. * Verify residual chlorine levels at the plant to meet acceptable values specified in applicable regulations.
