Ensures operational continuity and material supply at medical units. **Position:** Operations Manager **Department:** Operations **Subordinate Positions:** N/A **Gender:** Indifferent **Minimum Experience:** 1+ **Desired Education:** Bachelor’s degree or technical degree in Clinical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical-Biological Chemistry, or related field. **Knowledge Requirements:** MRP management, test processing, knowledge of laboratory reagents and equipment **Position Objective:** To execute laboratory service delivery through order collection, control, and supply; tracking of preventive and corrective equipment maintenance; conducting inventory at assigned sites and warehouse; performing monthly cut-offs of tests performed at assigned Medical Units; and collecting signatures on delivery notes, invoices, and/or any other required documentation for effective service delivery. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct monthly order collection and inventory of reagents, tests, and supplies at assigned Medical Units. * Transport samples inter-hospital for subcontracting. * Substitute for the route manager during campaigns, performing the blood bank route. * Conduct periodic visits to assigned Medical Units to follow up on material shortages. * Log and track reports of failures in analyzers and/or peripheral equipment. * Prepare and submit, timely and accurately, the monthly cut-off of reagents and tests for billing. * Assist in collecting signatures on paid delivery notes and invoices. * Prepare and/or update custody records for analyzers and/or peripheral equipment provided on loan to sites. * Facilitate supply, exchange, or swapping of materials at sites with low or no inventory. * Notify and follow up on maintenance and service requirements for the assigned transport vehicle or unit. * Compile, review, and submit all documentation required for TADEO’s monthly client billing to the relevant authorities. * Safeguard work tools or financial resources assigned for job performance with strict responsibility and care. * Apply and monitor national and international regulations applicable to the use and handling of analyzers, computer systems, and software under their scope of responsibility.
